Our Inspection Process

Quality begins with careful inspection.

Every product listed on Aperture Vault goes through a structured evaluation before becoming available for purchase.

Exterior Inspection

We examine the overall cosmetic condition of each product, looking for scratches, dents, signs of wear, and overall appearance.

Depending on the product, we evaluate important operational features such as:

• Power functionality

• LCD display

• Buttons and control dials

• Memory card slots

• Ports and connectors

• Battery compartment

• Autofocus system

• Manual focus operation

For camera lenses we inspect:

• Glass clarity

• Cosmetic condition

• Focus ring movement

• Zoom mechanism

• Visible dust or fungus when detectable

After inspection, every product receives an honest condition grade based on its cosmetic appearance and overall functionality.

Before shipment, products receive one final review to confirm they match the product listing and are packaged securely for delivery.
