30-Day Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
• Product must remain in the same condition received
• All included accessories must be returned
• Original packaging should be included whenever possible
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Items intentionally damaged after delivery
• Products modified by the customer
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may require several business days before appearing on your account.
Return Shipping
If the return results from our error or a defective product, return shipping costs may be covered.
For all other returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping expenses.
