Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
We cannot guarantee successful delivery for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
• Shipping box
• Packaging
• Product damage
This allows us to begin an investigation with the carrier.
