Compatibility
This camera is compatible with all Canon EF and EF-S lenses. It accepts SD, SDHC, and SDXC memory cards. A separate battery pack (LP-E10) and charger (LC-E10 or LC-E10E) are required for operation.
How to use
Insert a compatible SD memory card and a separately purchased battery pack. Attach the desired lens by aligning the red dot on the lens with the red dot on the camera body and twisting until it clicks. Power on the camera, set the mode dial to Auto for beginners, and press the shutter button halfway to focus, then fully to capture the image.
